PBC’s can only be sponsored by a member of the chapter in good standing. All PBC’s and Retreads must have ID (and TRAVELIN’ CARDS, for Retreads) at registration.
PBC’s must check in as they arrive and under no circumstances after 8am Saturday, when they will be surrendered to the Grand Imperturbable Hangman ‘Disco Biscuit’.
Roisterous Iscutis ‘My Son’ will dazzle everyone with his culinary wizardry. Who knows where that rabbit came from or where he pulled it out of.
